It's about learning how to distinguish constructive stories from destructive ones without losing your sense of reality. It's about realizing that there is so much more to the world and to our private lives than suffering. Solidarity, courage, integrity and community, for example.
It doesn't matter whether you tell and consume stories professionally or privately. Our lives and society are made up of stories. It's good for all of us to know which ones harm us and which ones help us. It's like eating.
If you have a concrete story, a concrete utopia that you want to work on: very good. Bring it with you! If not: also good, you will find something during the course.
